There are also skills attached to auditioning & self taping that you won’t learn at your average theatre school. So if you’re looking to put your best foot forward, join us for a Business of Acting workshop at Glendower Studios in Somerset West.

Basic

In this package we dedicate 7 hours to your acting and presenting portfolio. The full day of practical classes will leave you with a better understanding of what is expected of performers both in South Africa and abroad.

The workshop takes place on a single day and lunch is included in the cost. The basic package covers the theoretical principles and practical actions required for actors to present a well put together portfolio and personal brand. Teaches the basics of commercial modeling, effective audition techniques, provides actors with advice on monologues and commercial performances and covers the basics of broadcast presenting.

This package includes the full day workshops as laid out in the Basic Package.

Plus an hour long professional headshot session and an additional 2 hours together where we will use the work you have done to build/update your performers profile with new reel recordings and voice demo’s.
